Cleaning Jobs Kelowna
Job Summary
We are a locally owned and operated organic residential cleaning company working in Kelowna and West Kelowna area Tuesday to Fridays (occasional Monday jobs for rental homes). We seek to provide a work environment where employees can do their best work while having fun and feeling appreciated, all the while leaving our clients feeling like we have done the absolute best job possible. Organic&Clean has used 100% organic cleaning products since day one, and it wasn't because it was a selling feature, it was because we didn't want to work with harmful chemicals all day. Quality of life is of utmost importance, after all - we do live in the Okanagan.
We are looking for a stable, long term applicant who will have their own reliable car, cell phone, and who is flexible and willing to work 15-35hrs/week Tuesday to Friday, with one or two early morning jobs. Hours will increase after training and as the year progresses. We are flexible with the hours you may want. The hired candidate will have paid training on the job and will eventually do the majority of their work with another teammate, allowing for fun and efficient completion of jobs.

Responsibilities and Duties
-Residential Cleaning
-Office cleaning
-Locking up and caring for clients homes
-Providing criminal record check (we cover the cost)
-Checking online schedule
-Driving or carpooling to clients home
-Bi-weekly breakfast meeting for 8am Tuesday
-Answering work phone calls or texts
