Insurance

Q: Are your cleaners covered if an accident happens on site or during a clean?

A: We are insured, bonded and have continual WCB coverage. We value the safety and privacy of our clients and our staff. Our employees are all asked to supply a criminal record check for employment records.

 

Rates

Q: How much do you charge?

Residential Cleaning: Our pricing depends greatly on your needs. We do things a bit different than a typical cleaning company when it comes to pricing as we feel it’s more fair. Please inquire for an estimate of your home.

Moving Cleans: We charge a flat hourly rate of $45 per hour per cleaner plus GST (six hour minimum)

 

 

HOURS

Q: When are you available?

A: We work Tuesdays - Fridays, 9am-5pm. If you require a clean outside of these hours, please contact us!

 

Select Industrial Cleaning

Q: Do you do industrial cleaning or large-scale jobs?

A: We do. Please contact us to set up quotes per job (includes GST).

 

Valuable Items

Q: We have valuable items in our home and are concerned that they may be damaged. How do you ensure the safety of our valuables?

A: We take extreme care while we’re in your home however, we do ask that you put away any valued items that are irreplaceable and breakable.

Please note any damages to the property  that incur are at the owner's risk. 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Q: What if something comes up and we need to cancel?

A: We require 48 hours notice for expected cancellation. If notice is not given, 50% of booked cleaning will be charged to client.

 

Payment Policy

Q: How and when do I pay?

A: Payment for cleaning is due on the day of cleaning. Payment methods accepted are cash, email transfer, and cheque. Invoices and receipts are available upon request.

If you are not satisfied with any of our work please let us know, we will come back to fix the issue free of charge, within 48 hrs of our last cleaning.  However payment in full will be expected once the problem area has been fixed.

Schedule Policy

Q: How flexible are you if I need to switch a day?

A: We try and work with your personal schedule and lifestyle. We know changes happen unexpectedly and we will always aim to be flexible. If you are needing to reschedule your cleaning appointment please let us know and we will do our best to find a new time.

Likewise, should we encounter any traffic, or unexpected circumstances we will always do our best to inform you in advance.  We take our commitment to you very seriously.

 

On Site Work Policy

Q: Should I be there when you’re cleaning?

A: We ask if at all possible to allow us to work with minimal interruptions. We have a time restricted task and our goal is to work as efficiently as possible to come up with the best results for you! Should anyone be on site, not originally discussed in the cleaning agreement, 48 hours of notice must be given in order for the scheduled cleaning to continue.

Please Note: Cleaners are allowed to refuse potentially unsafe cleaning requests and tasks that require climbing upon any object higher than a chair for their safety

 

Children

Q: My children may be home - is that okay?

A: We love your kids and enjoy interacting with them however, as we are not a licensed child care service provider, we ask that if your children are in need of supervision, you do stay on the premises while we’re working.

 

Working Locations

Q: Do you offer cleaning in West Kelowna?

A: We work in the central Kelowna and West Kelowna area. There may be extra travel charges depending on the driving distance from the main areas.

 

Our Holidays

We value family! Each year we take a few weeks off work and enjoy time with our family. We know this can be an inconvenience for you. If we do have a staff member interested in working during this time we will let you know.
